Wilmer Flores Rehabs

I like and appreciate Flores as much as anyone. However, he needs to adjust to being a utility infielder both in the field and at the plate. The Mets obviously see him as the 3B of the future and a good deal of the present, and he needs to produce.

TJ Rivera plays all four IF positions, and has hit at every level in the minors. If he was already on the 40 man roster, he would probably be in the Mets instead of Reynolds or Campbell right now. 

Mets have very little depth at 3B in the farm system. The best prospects are in the low minors, and none are sure things.

How creative will the Mets be if/when Wright ends up on the DL or even retires?
